An organization is looking for an exceptional Director of Growth Marketing to join the Global SMB Marketing Team. In this role, you will lead our digital growth marketing function, working closely with our commercial leaders, the SMB marketing team, and our central marketing team to plan, develop, and implement digital growth and performance marketing strategies that increase our lead to sale to board rates through a range of digital channels.
A proven growth marketing leader, you will be responsible for driving both the acquisition and retention of customers, expanding our market presence, and scaling our digital growth strategies. With a proven track record in digital growth and performance marketing, you will be responsible for driving commercial results that meet key business KPIs and performance metrics tied to revenue performance.
What you'll Own
Develop and execute our comprehensive digital growth marketing strategy across merchant acquisition, retention, and monetization, ensuring alignment with the commercial objectives across the line of business.Lead and oversee a performance marketing strategy and plan to drive digital growth efforts across marketing, sales, and existing customer management.Drive expansion into new digital channels (TikTok, Bing, Instagram), influencer marketing, and developer marketing, ensuring a diversified and scalable digital growth and performance marketing strategy.Collaborate with go-to-market to leverage our products and solutions (omni-commerce, in-store, online, mobile, VAS) to drive growth, building defined user digital engagement strategies.Utilize analytics and data insights to drive growth initiatives, optimize funnels, and measure impact.Work with our central digital marketing to manage execution of performance marketing, digital marketing, CRO, SEO, etc., to ensure timely delivery against targets and plans.Work closely with the line of business and central marketing team to ensure our messaging and creative assets are optimized and refreshed.Understand, manage, and report on all digital growth-related KPIs through dashboards and reports, ensuring our growth efforts are delivering ROI.Communicate and present the performance of our growth initiatives to the SMB team, commercial leaders, executive management, and other key stakeholders.Create a buzz and buy-in around our growth initiatives, being a champion for digital growth strategies across the SMB line of business.Drive a culture of continuous learning and improvement driving commercial results.What you bring
8+ years of experience in growth-focused digital marketing roles, with a proven track record in a B2B environment (B2C experience is a plus).5+ years in a senior leadership role with a focus on growth and performance marketing.Deep understanding and hands-on experience with a variety of digital marketing channels including paid search, paid social, and organic growth strategies.Strong analytical skills with expertise in data-driven marketing and decision-making.Experience with analytics tools, platforms, and other relevant tracking technologies.Ability to develop and deliver successful ROI-driven digital growth strategies.Strong ability to pitch ideas internally, get buy-in and budget, and influence stakeholders at all levels.Creative, proactive, self-starter, and a problem solver.Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships.Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.Perks – what we'll bring for you
