The Softball program prides itself on success and tradition, reaching the State Finals in 2024. QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Candidate has the ability to organize and supervise a high school program, with heavy investment to help continue youth programming. 2. Preferred: Candidate has previous successful coaching experience at the Varsity Level. 3. The head coach must have substantial knowledge of the sport, along with the technical aspects of the sport. Ongoing training and preparation in the sport is a must. 4. The head coach must serve as an appropriate role model for student athletes through his/her instructions and actions. 5. Candidates have an understanding of running a Softball program in the high school setting with the ability to continue to pursue high standards of excellence.
