Position Overview
Café Zaffri, in the soon-to-be-open Hotel Twenty Two, is looking for a dedicated, detail & guest-oriented, curious, proactive, and organized team player. Café Zaffri is a part of Elizabeth Street Hospitality (Raf's & Musket Room). The Head sommelier will support the wine & beverage service on the floor, will be involved in the cellar management, inventory management and ordering. The sommelier will also participate in tastings, seminars and staff training.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in hospitality – preferably fine dining restaurant, a solid understanding of the basics of the wine, spirits and beverage world.

Base Salary
Hourly rate $16-18 an hour + tips.
