DescriptionBusiness Specialist - Head Start:?($17.00-$19.00/hour) Pro Action's Birth-to-5 Head Start Program is looking for a full-time Business Specialist to provide support that will ensure that all areas of the program maintain 100% compliance with Head Start Performance Standards and all other applicable program regulations.? The Specialist will provide clerical support to the Head Start program including answering phones, tracking and entering data. Understand how to collaborate with a variety of diverse people and roles. Responsible for ordering supplies and maintain inventory and warehouse and storage management. Accuracy and proficiency with data entry will be required as the Specialist works with various Managers to ensure that information is filed in the correct databases.? Will provide requested reports for the purpose of tracking the enrollment of children/families and the training hours of staff.?RequirementsA High School diploma and experience in an office setting is required for this position.? Familiarity with clerical tasks, record keeping, and other administrative functions is required.? The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry/compilation/reporting and be highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.?This position requires successful comprehensive background checks. Must have a driver's license meeting agency standards and consistent, reliable transportation that will allow regular travel in and around the service area.
