Join the Vivvi teaching communityto help build the exceptional program children deserve while pursuing your own professional growth and development.About The Role As a Head Teacher, you'll: Ensure the well-being and development of infants and toddlers in your careDream up rich, thematic units that foster children's curiosity and help them achieve key individual and age-appropriate milestonesLead planning and implementation of inquiry-based activities and curriculum tailored towards children's developmental growthEngage with and enrich children using positive language, loving care, and interactive playProactively communicate with parents regarding their children's development and growthClosely supervise children and adhere to robust health and safety protocolsApply Today If You: Enjoy working with young learners, and see every child as infinitely capableBelieve every family deserves access to world-class child care that meets their needsHave 1-5 years of experience working in a Head Teacher capacityHold an Associates, Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Early Childhood, Child Development, or a related field.Value and create trusting relationships with children, families, and colleaguesAre already or are willing to be CPR and First Aid certifiedAre fully vaccinated against COVIDHave received or are open to receiving your flu vaccination (Vivvi Upper East Side only)What We Offer: Competitive Compensation and Benefits: Our Lead Infant/Toddlers Teachers earn hourly rates of $23-$29.40 based on level of education and experience.
