St. Bonaventure University has an immediate opening for a Head Women's Soccer Coach.The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects and management of a competitive NCAA Division I Women's Soccer program, including:Conducting practices and gamesScheduling competitionsRecruiting qualified studentsFundraisingFiscal oversightDonor/alumni/community relationsOther responsibilities include:Conducting regular team practice sessionsCoaching student athletesEvaluating student-athletes' performance in practice and competitionMonitoring the conditioning and training of student athletesAdvising and counseling student athletes regarding their obligations to comply with all rules and regulations related to financial aid and eligibility, as well as personal conduct and academicsDevelops competition schedule in conjunction with Senior Associate Director of Athletics to promote success.Arranges and conducts recruiting functions including off- and on-campus visits, evaluations, and contacts of prospective student-athletes.Attends community, alumni, and donor-related events to garner support of the program and University; represents the program/university at Atlantic 10 Conference meetings; attends regional and national conferences.Responsible for overseeing all expenses and expectations of fiscal responsibility within designated budgets including revenue generation to support the program.Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without sponsorship.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred5 years of coaching experience at the college, club, or professional level preferred or at least 3 years of coaching experience with college playing experienceFirst Aid, CPR, AED Required (or willingness to obtain)#J-18808-Ljbffr
