Primary Responsibilities - Plans, directs, and administers all aspects of the women's soccer program including fiscal management
- Coaches, recruits and provides academic oversight for student-athletes
- Ensures compliance with University, NCAA, and OVC rules and regulations
- Promotes Southeast Missouri State University and its athletics programs through community involvement, public relations and fund raising under the direction of the Vice President for Intercollegiate Athletics
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Demonstrated successful collegiate soccer coaching, professional club experience and/or collegiate playing experience
- Demonstrated budget management experience
- Demonstrated ability to actively recruit and attract qualified student-athletes to campus
- Demonstrated knowledge of and commitment to NCAA regulations
- Demonstrated ability to work successfully with students, faculty, community and media
- Demonstrated ability to motivate student-athletes academically and athletically
- Ability to work evening and weekend hours
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated experience and understanding of customer service
