Posting DetailsPosition InformationJob Title Head Women's Track and Field Coach Department Track & Field - 16140 Pay Grade 1 Job Category Administrative Job Summary ETSU is accepting applications for the Women's Track and Field Head Coach. The Head Coach is responsible to the Director of Track and Field and Cross Country for the recruitment, retention, and training of the sports program; maintaining compliance with ETSU , SoCon, and NCAA rules and regulations; organizing and coordinating administrative tasks as assigned including but not limited to team travel, meet schedules, budget assistance, office duties, and academics; assisting with the men's outdoor track program as assigned by the Director; maintaining office hours; working closely with the strength and conditioning, sports medicine, and academic support; attending all practices, meetings, and contests; establishing a good rapport among students, staff, campus constituents, and the community; assisting with the planning and of events and programs specific to the women's team, and assisting with the men's program as assigned; assisting in the management of the administration of all aspects related to a positive and beneficial intercollegiate experience.For consideration, candidates must submit a Resume and Cover Letter to Head Coach/Director George Watts, ...@etsu.edu . Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Appropriate experience at the intercollegiate, junior college, high school level or club level
- Must have knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree preferred
