Banner - University Medicine Phoenix , Department of Neurology, is actively seeking an Advance Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to be part of our highly integrated team of Headache Neurologists and providers. As a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional patient care by managing and treating various headache conditions, including migraine, facial pain, tension-type, cluster, and chronic daily headaches.You will work in a clinic-based setting at the Banner University Medical Center in Phoenix and also provide clinical services at outpatient medical clinics located nearby.
