We provide transformational learning programs to vulnerable children within a childcare setting. We are educators, even as early as 6 weeks old we are implementing an education curriculum. We also offer a variety of child and family support services in a loving, caring, and safe environment. NOW HIRINg a COACH: Under the direct supervision of the Education Manager, the Coach is responsible for providing on-going coaching for staff that supports effective teaching practices and leads to positive outcomes for children within the context of a collaborative relationship. Education and/or Experience

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Child Development or a related field
• Knowledge of child development, Head Start Early Learning Outcomes Framework, Arkansas Child Care Licensing Standards, Arkansas Child Development Early Learning Standards, Creative Curriculum, Standardized Screening and Assessment Tools
• Obtain and maintain CLASS reliability certification
