QUALIFICATIONS: A bachelor's degree in criminal justice, social work, psychology, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience working in a tribal setting preferred. Valid driver's license and evidence of insurability as well as three-year motor vehicle report required. Clearance from Idaho Department of Health and Welfare Background check required.ADA ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Designs, implements and coordinates Healing to Wellness Court program.
- Develops and manages short and long-term goals and priorities for the Healing to Wellness Court program.
- Ensures compliance with policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Maintains knowledge and understanding of compliance related to HIPAA, confidentiality, and patient rights.
- Provides case management support, including monitoring participant progress and compliance.
- Coordinates general health, behavioral health, and Wellbriety services for Healing to Wellness Court participants.
- Completes screening to determine if a person meets criteria to participate in the Healing to Wellness Court program.
- Maintains individual files on participants, monitors progress, and advocates for their success.
- Ability to effectively interact with Director, Healing to Wellness Court Program Team and other Tribal Departments.
- Displays professional and appropriate verbal, non-verbal, and written communication.
- Maintains records and documentation of participant progress and program outcomes.
- Oversees the collection and analysis of performance and outcome data.
- Orients new team members and provides ongoing support.
- Prepares reports on program effectiveness and outcomes.
- Coordinates activities of the Healing to Wellness Court team.
- Schedules Healing to Wellness Court team meetings.
- Other duties as assigned.
