(Hiring) Health and Safety Managers We are currently seeking to hire Health and Safety Managers to become a part of our team!
- Developing and implementing plans: Create and implement health and safety plans, policies, and procedures
- Assessing risk: Identify potential hazards and assess training requirements
- Conducting training: Provide safety training for employees and conduct safety drills
- Inspecting the workplace: Schedule and conduct workplace safety inspections, such as monitoring ventilation or noise levels
- Investigating incidents: Respond to health and safety issues and investigate accidents and incidents, providing recommendations for improvement
- Managing emergency procedures: Prepare for emergencies such as fire alarms, natural disasters, and industrial accidents
- Promoting awareness: Educate employees about health and safety and answer questions as needed
- Reporting: Issue reports on their domain, including ways to minimize risk, and provide feedback to directors
