Starkey Inc.Health Services Appointment AssistantSchedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pmPay Rate: $15 per hour*Occasionally may need to work outside of these hours, if needed.How you will make a difference as Health Appointment Assistant: This position is responsible for transportation of persons served for medical, psychological, dental and other appointments.Requirements for the Health Appointment Assistant:
- Must have proof of education (High School Diploma, GED, and/or Work-Keys Bronze Certificate)
- Experience assisting individuals diagnosed with intellectual/developmental disabilities, preferred.
- Valid Driver's License for a minimum of two years with a good driving record.
- Pass drug and alcohol screenings
- Pass criminal background checks
- ASL (American Sign Language) preferred, but NOT required.
- Availability for 2-3 weeks of training M-F 8:30am-5:00pm.
