The Therapy Center Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a therapy center, managing a full caseload of patients, and ensuring the center's compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. This position plays a key role in the financial performance of the center and is responsible for driving sales and marketing efforts to cultivate relationships with existing and potential referral sources. The Therapy Center Manager will lead and motivate the clinical and administrative staff, ensuring high-quality patient care and effective team collaboration.Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy program (CAPTE or equivalent).
• Current state licensure/registration as a Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist.
• Current CPR certification in accordance with state licensure requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the therapy center, ensuring compliance with policies, regulations, and standards.
• Manage staff, including hiring, training, performance reviews, and fostering a positive work environment.
• Ensure high-quality patient care by supervising clinical team and maintaining efficient caseload management.
• Develop and implement center-specific strategic plans, including marketing and sales efforts to increase referrals.
• Monitor financial performance, interpret financial reports, and ensure center profitability.
