Health Center Managers (HCMs) are responsible for the overall management of ICHS clinic site-based operations, including the delivery of services such as medical, behavioral health, dental, and other services offered at the different clinic sites. HCMs will manage the performance of the clinic related to operational efficiency, financial oversight, effectiveness (quality), and patient access and experience. HCMs set the annual budget for their clinic and will monitor KPIs to assure that revenue and spending are aligned with the budget throughout the year. HCMs will assure that clinic staff adhere to health laws and regulations. The number of direct reports for this position may vary based on clinic size but will include oversight for core clinic functions. This position serves as a member of the ICHS Management Team.
Pay range: $77,168 - $112,981
Education - Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field. Experience in healthcare management/leadership in excess of 8 years may substitute for a Bachelor's degree. Master's degree in healthcare administration is preferred.
Experience - 5 years healthcare experience including 3 years supervisory/leadership experience preferably in an environment with patients and electronic health records
Other Requirement(s) - Knowledge of Epic EHR. Demonstrated experience with Clinic Operations. Experience with Project Management.
