Health Consulting | Payer Workforce Management Manager

As a Health Payer Workforce Management Manager, your primary responsibilities may include:
Client Engagement and Consulting
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for payer workforce management engagements.
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of payers' workforce operations to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
* Develop and implement customized, data-driven strategies to enhance workforce operations in alignment with client organizational goals.
Technology Solutions
* Evaluate, recommend, and implement advanced technology solutions to improve workforce operations, including data analytics and automation tools.
* Oversee technology implementation projects to ensure smooth integration with clients' existing operations.
Performance Improvement
* Collaborate with clients to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop targeted performance improvement plans.
* Monitor and assess the impact of implemented strategies and technology solutions, adjusting as needed to maximize outcomes.
Team Leadership
* Lead a team of consultants and subject matter experts, offering guidance, coaching, and mentorship to strengthen team performance.
* Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
* Share insights and best practices through thought leadership articles, webinars, and presentations at industry conferences.
Travel - as needed, up to 80%

Qualification
Here's what you need:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Public Health, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in workforce management and consulting, with a focus on payer clients including claims operations, PDM operations, and call center operations.
Bonus points if you have:
* Master's degree preferred.
* Demonstrated experience with industry forecasting models, associated technologies available in the market, and other work forecasting and supply management leading practices.
* Demonstrated ability to analyze complex workforce data and develop effective solutions to improve efficiency and meet organizational objectives
* Experience working with or leading global teams.
* Thrive in a diverse, fast paced environment.
* Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
* Leadership experience, including team management and project oversight.
* Demonstrated experience with operating model development and implementation.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.
