Inmates with longer sentences or more violent, felony convictions, will be held temporarily pending a transfer to state prison. Although the Jail has over 250 beds, typically less than 200 are housed on any given day.The Schedule for this position is Monday - Friday On call time pay is $100/weekKey Responsibilities- Manage and supervise nursing staff to provide optimal patient care- Uphold inmate rights and ensure compliance with all regulations- Utilize in-depth physiology knowledge to guide nursing practices- Lead nursing administration functions within the facility- Coordinate nurse management activities for efficient operationsSkills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Wyoming unrestricted license
- 3 Years of Nursing Experience
- 1 year of demonstrated supervision experience
- Basic Life Support Certification (AHA or ARC)
