Be part of an extraordinary life!Rose Senior Living is recruiting for a hospitality focused Health Services Assistant and Scheduler to join our team!Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Health Services Assistant and Scheduler:
- Manage and write the clinical team schedule, handling time-off requests, call-offs, and individual schedule changes in collaboration with the Director of Health Services.
- Assist the Director of Health Services with administrative tasks as assigned, e.g. gathering necessary medical documentation from hospitals or rehabilitation centers, organizing resident files, and connecting with staff to keep licensures up-to-date
- As needed, assist with floor CNA needs when coverage cannot otherwise be found
Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:
- Must have a CNA license with at least one year of experience
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products and related administrative programs
Starting Payrate: $21/hrMany roles in the community may require that we ask about your vaccination status. This could include MMR, chicken pox, hepatitis, flu and COVID-19 vaccine status.
