The use of tobacco products or any products containing nicotine such as Electronic Nicotine Delivery Systems conflicts with the tobacco cessation responsibilities related to this position. Florida Department of Health in Volusia County (DOH-Volusia) promotes a tobacco free work environment. The use of all tobacco products is not allowed while on duty. This position is a Health Support Specialist that works in the WIC department, under the direct supervision of the Public Health Services Manager. Health Support Specialists may be required to rotate between lab, receptionist areas and issuance/client processing areas according to staffing needs. Employee may be required to travel to another Volusia WIC site to provide client services.
