: Job Details :

Under the direction of the manager or designee supports the functions of the unit/area across all shifts and satellite areas by performing receptionist and clerical duties.

• Communicates effectively using established systems/protocols.
• Communicates effectively with ancillary departments.
• Communicates effectively within the department.
• Maintains unit supplies/forms appropriately.
• Contributes to and assists with the professional development of others.
• Accurately schedules procedures in the ORMIS system.

• In addition to the above job responsibilities, other duties may be assigned.

Position Compensation Range: $15.00 $21.16 Hourly

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSEducation: High School Graduate or Equivalent.Experience: No experience required.Licensure: None required.PHYSICAL DEMANDSThis is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs.
