Beginning service in 1960, APS has grown into one of the premier billing companies, currently billing for over 250 total client locations throughout the United States.Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound calls from patients regarding bills, EOBs, set up payment plans, etc.
- Resolve patient inquiries regarding billing in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Customer service experience
- Call center experience
- Medical insurance/billing knowledge (preferred)
- Data entry Must be able to input data quickly and accurately
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to multitask on tasks between calls
