You Can Expect To:
- Build and maintain our client data warehouses
- Build Power BI and SSRS reports
- Build SQL Server Integration Services Packages
- Build Tabular Model OLAP Cubes
- Work closely with clients to identify their needs and execute projects
What You'll Need:
- Healthcare data experience on the payer (health insurance) or ACO (Accountable Care Organization) side – 3-5 years
- Healthcare claims experience
- Provider data experience
- EDI X12 data formats
- Encounter workflows
Technical Experience
- SQL Server T-SQL Development - Expert – min 5 years
- SQL Server Integration Services – min 5 year
- Power BI – 1 year
- SQL Server Reporting Services – 1 year
- SQL Server Analysis Services
- Excel Pivot Tables
The ability to successfully lead client projects to completion
- Must be comfortable leading projects and helping clients figure out what they need
- Be able to express creative ideas that will help healthcare clients
- Be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Must be detail-oriented
- Must validate all data that we process
Preferred experience, but not required:
- SQL Server Analysis Service – DAX
- SQL Server Database Administration
- Windows Failover Cluster
- Powershell
