Beautiful location within the state of Vermont. Master's Degree is Required! 10+ years of healthcare human resources management experience, 5+ at the director level. Qualifications for the Director of Human Resources
- Ability to interact with and engage all levels of management as well as individuals from all levels of socio-economic backgrounds.
- Ability to effectively work with employees and stakeholders at all levels.
- Working knowledge of all HR functional areas with an emphasis on EEOC laws and requirements, federal and state employment laws, immigration requirements and ADA required.
- Knowledgeable regarding budget development.
- Expert knowledge of labor relations and a proven track record in rendering expert, consultative advice on labor issues.
