About the Role

The Delivery Director has overall accountability for all aspects of delivery operations for their aligned portfolio. They lead their team to provide high-quality customer interactions and operations results. They identify risks, coach/develop their managers and hold them accountable, identify process improvements, implement management routines, and solve complex problems.

Responsibilities

  • Providing expertise on delivery operations and guidance to team managers.
  • Setting the tone for colleague and team development with managers. Developing and growing team through personal connections. Acting as mentor and coach to all.
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with high quality.
  • Overseeing delivery results for our health care navigation solution via Health Pros and concierge delivery functions.
  • Ensuring execution of deliverables and understands what success looks like to all parties (customers, clients & colleagues).
  • Overseeing the integration of navigation solutions and technology. Additionally, accountable for identifying and managing risks to operations delivery and holding team accountable.
  • Tracking and managing to service level agreements and team goals. Participating in ad hoc initiatives.
  • Providing leadership support for complex customer and client situations.
  • Identifying and developing process improvements.
  • Deploying resource strategy to meet business deliverables.
  • Working alongside Client Management, Health Clinical & Administrative Solutions, Customer Care Teams, Shared Services, Point Solutions.
  • Leading training courses for domain and operational fundamentals.

    • Requirements

  • 9+ years of experience in Health Care Industry.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Desire to learn continually in a changing environment.
  • Possess exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Prioritize work activities to meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrate people management competencies.
  • Possess proven operational management skillset.

    Salary Pay Range

    Minimum: 87,000 USDMaximum: 138,200 USD
