Specialized Recruiting Group, a division of Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dynamic Healthcare Recruiter to join our Express Healthcare Staffing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs.

Duties

• Conduct research to identify potential candidates using various online platforms and databases for licensed clinical candidates such as RNs, LPNs, MAs, etc.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
• Screen and interview potential candidates over the phone, virtually, and in person.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly metrics for interviews
• Conduct employment verifications and reference checks for potential candidates
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Manage social network and review platforms, like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail
• Customer-focused mentality
• Proficient in MS Office
• Proficiency with CRMs is a plus
• Critical thinking and problem solving skills
