Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dynamic Healthcare Recruiter to join our Express Healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs.
Duties
- Conduct research to identify potential candidates using various online platforms and databases for licensed clinical candidates such as RNs, LPNs, MAs, etc.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
- Screen and interview potential candidates over the phone, virtually, and in person.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly metrics for interviews
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
Experience
- Proven experience in healthcare staffing preferred
- Strong knowledge of employee relations and succession planning practices
- Experience in administrative, professional, or healthcare recruiting is a plus
