About the Role:

This Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified healthcare professionals for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals to build a talent pool of qualified candidates
• Supporting our recruiting processes as it relates to sourcing and identifying candidates
• Conducting research to understand the market and competitive factors

Qualifications:

MUST have healthcare recruitment experience. Highly preferable experience with Bullhorn ATS and experience doing perm recruitment. Tech-savvy and familiar with different cloud-based software.
