We have seen a sharp increase in healthcare candidates looking for new opportunities, particularly in travel/temporary roles. Therefore, we're looking to hire additional help to manage our candidates and place them into their new roles.
The Role.
As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will source and place top-tier travel nurses and allied health professionals across the nation. Your role is crucial in maintaining high-quality patient care by staffing healthcare facilities with skilled, dedicated workers, and maintaining meaningful relationships with these team-members. Expect a fast-paced, rewarding environment with significant impact.
Compensation.
We offer a base salary of $52,000, with commissions, and the ability to ramp commission quickly and earn six figures by year two! (Year 1 OTE $85,000/yr)
Training.
Experience is valuable. We do however have a comprehensive training program that walks you step-by-step what you need to know, and how to do the job. We also have multiple paid tools that allow you to work in the most efficient way possible.
