As a Staffing Consultant, you will understand our client's needs and develop staffing strategies to hire the quality candidates Ro Health is known for and then manage them while on assignment. The Staffing Consultant functions in a critical and dynamic role focused around sales, recruitment, account management, customer service and operations. Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited Institution (Business Related Preferred)
- Leadership Experience
Compensation
- Pay: Salary + Commission ($52k base annual compensation guarantee)
- Expected 1st Year Compensation: $60k - $65k
- Quarterly Bonuses!
