What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Communicate with Account Manager and travelers regarding availability, open positions, and assignment changes
- Update schedule availability of active travelers and enter documentation into the system for quick interviews
- Facilitate housing and travel arrangements as needed
- Ensure compliance of travel staff before placement
- Develop a pipeline of potential travel candidates through effective use of recruiting sources
- Generate and recruit referrals from current and former allied professionals
- Maintain consistent contact with travelers to troubleshoot and provide support
- Retain travelers through quality control calls and career path communication
- Report any issues with travel candidates that could lead to assignment cancellation
- Meet or exceed established goals
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Must currently live in Eastern Standard Time in the United States
- Minimum 1 year of healthcare recruiting/staffing experience
- Skilled in healthcare recruiting, temporary placements, clinician sourcing, and cold calling
- Go-getter attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
