About the job Healthcare representativeAll Heart Homecare is a leading homecare agency that has been providing top-notch services to its clients in all 5 boroughs of NYC for over 10 years. Our dedicated team shares the same values and strives to improve the quality of life of our clients in the comfort of their homes. We are currently seeking a new member of our team who will play a vital role in acquiring new referral sources and maintaining long-lasting partnerships with them.Responsibilities:Support the mission, vision and values of the All heart agency; adhere to its policies and procedures in carrying out the duties of this positionDevelop and maintain partnerships with individual physicians, hospitals to increase awareness of our companyDevelop and implement programs/projects and special events to increase general public awareness and increase registrations and engagement with us.Prepares materials for statewide distribution, including working with the marketing departmentDevelops and maintains communication processes with statewide partners.Provides regular progress updates at team meetingsJob Requirements:Ability to travel within five boroughs of New York CityPrevious health care marketing experience; Home Care preferredExisting contacts and territorial knowledge of local area and referral sourcesBe self-driven, positive, organized and have strong communication and time management skillsExperience for obtaining referrals for private pay patients preferredBilingual in Spanish or Russian is a plusClean, professional image, behavior and demeanor are expected at all timesWe offer:Paid trainingMedicalDental401kPaid time offCommuter Benefit ProgramCompany snacks and team eventsA positive, motivating work environmentRewards Program-Full-time (Mon Fri)Work Location:In-office + Field WorkJob Type:Full Time
