Healthcare Strategy Executive/AmeriBen Strategic Account Manager
Location: Must be within 50 miles of the locations listed below. Position has both onsite and remote expectations.
Compensation: Base Salary + Sales Incentive Plan

The AmeriBen Strategic Account Manager is responsible for the developing strategy for retention of key and complex clients and works with account service to ensure day to day service levels are met.
How you will make an impact:
* Develops strategy and fosters deep relationships with key and complex clients. Works with senior leadership within client company and other key stakeholders on strategy for accounts which lead to strong retention.
* Acts as the lead in managing assigned accounts.
* Develops and maintains partnerships with clients, partners, and brokers
* Understands the client and market to anticipate needs along with the ability to articulate these requests in a meaningful way.
* Leads client meetings to include reporting and analysis of client data.
* Builds and develops partnerships with National sales and other key stakeholders.
* Acts as mentor for other team members through an understanding of business to ensure overall success.
* Travels as necessary to meet with prospective clients or other principals.
Minimum Requirements:
* Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 7 years within account management and minimum of three years experience working for a third party administrator (TPA) or insurance carrier; or any other combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
* Sales license required where necessary.
Preferred Skills, Experiences, and Capabilities:
* Experience working with national accounts or large group accounts strongly preferred.
For candidates working in person or remotely in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $103,992 to $187,185.60.
