Overview To assist Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses in the provision of patient care by performing assigned patient care and unit maintenance activities. Qualifications EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS H.S. Diploma/GED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Completion of CNA coursework w/in past 24 months, OR Successful completion of Carle's HCT In Training Program, OR Worked as a CNA w/in past 24 months, OR Successful completion of at least one semester of nursing clinical experiences, OR Documented relevant medical military training. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS Use of usual and customary equipment used to perform essential functions of the position.
