Contract: Full-time, 40 hours a week (flexible)

Global talent partners have partnered with a practice who are seeking a dedicated Hearing Instrument Specialist to join their practice in West Cleveland. As an Hearing Instrument Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in improving the lives of individuals with hearing impairments by delivering exceptional audiological care. The practice is a true family run business, with core values centred around patient experience and exceptional care delivered by a collaborative and supportive team.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive audiological evaluations and assessments.
• Offer expert guidance on hearing loss prevention and management.
• Dispense and fit hearing aids, assistive devices, and accessories.
• Collaborate with a dynamic healthcare team for holistic patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Stay current with advancements in audiology and hearing aid technology.
Qualifications:
• Current Ohio state licensure to dispense Hearing Aids or ability to obtain this.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathy and a commitment to improving the quality of life for patients.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency in audiological assessment equipment and software.
Benefits:
• Salary up to $100k
• 10 days PTO increasing with years' service
• 401k after 1 year, matching 3%
