Your CAL Ranch store in Rexburg is looking for a Hearth Sales Lead with retail experience and technical knowledge of pellet, wood, and gas stoves.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and acknowledge every customer.
- Deliver Legendary Customer Service.
- Oversee the daily operations of the Hearth Department, including assisting customers throughout their entire hearth appliance, venting, and accessories purchase.
- Help customers with their grill and accessories purchases.
- Merchandising, display presentation, maintaining signage standards, department housekeeping, and monitoring inventory levels.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Hearth products CAL Ranch sells.
- Maintain an awareness of all product knowledge information and merchandise promotions.
- Create, implement, and follow up with daily worklists for store associates working within the Hearth Department.
- Train associates on systems, procedures, and product knowledge.
- Complete and maintain assigned trainings.
- Accurately complete, organize, and maintain all required files and data entry, including contacting Leads and processing requests for service within 4 hours of receipt.
- Manage communications from various contacts in a timely manner.
- Maintain BBQ concept center to company standards and be actively involved with grill demos.
- Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and store housekeeping.
