Great hours: Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM (10 hrs. per day, 4 days per week schedule)First Shift Wage will be $21.47 / hr. upon completion of a 60-day probationary period. Will start at $20 - $21 based upon experience.This is a Union position. This position is an hourly Union position with primary position responsibility to properly heat treat product to order specification, temper and clean product, document results. Operate the heat treat furnace, temper furnace, Wheelabrator shot blast machine, link heat treat machine and forklift. Further requirements, qualifications, responsibility details, training, etc will be discussed in detail with those with serious interest in the position.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have a high attention to detail, ability and willingness to learn.
• Preferred experience in a manufacturing environment with basic mechanical aptitude.
• Familiarity with various measuring devices (i.e. Tape measure, Calipers).
• Good verbal communication skills with some level of computer literacy.
• The ability to gain understanding of the basic technology and components involved in chain manufacturing and assembly.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks and priorities. Good mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to work well with others at all levels within the Company and with limited supervision.
