Job DescriptionPosition: Bridge Project Manager Experience Level: 5-10+ years (ideally)Description: One of my reputable clients in the West Virginia market are looking for a talented and experienced Project Manager with a background in Heavy Bridge to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing wastewater treatment plant projects from conception to completion, with a focus on delivering high-quality results within budget and schedule constraints.Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, environmental engineering, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience managing primarily Heavy Bridge such as Concrete Bridges, including design, construction, and commissioning phases.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively plan, organize, and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines and objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, including MS Project, Primavera, or similar applications.
  • Knowledge of wastewater treatment processes, equipment, and regulations, and familiarity with industry standards and best practices.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve project success.
  • Ability to travel to project sites and client meetings as needed.
