Responsibilities:
Project Oversight and Management:- Oversee and manage day-to-day field activities on construction sites.
- Supervise and direct the work of field personnel and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure all project aspects align with timelines and standards.

Safety Management:
- Implement and enforce safety protocols, procedures, and compliance measures according to OSHA and company standards.
- Conduct safety inspections, audits, and toolbox talks regularly to maintain a safe work environment.

Quality Control:
- Ensure quality standards are met or exceeded through proper inspection and adherence to specifications.
