We are now the top underground utility contractor in the Midwest thanks to their diligent work ethic.Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Project Manager with expertise in construction to oversee and manage heavy-civil projects, including sewer, storm drain, paving, grading, excavation, dirt-work, and underground construction. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Develop comprehensive project plans that integrate scope, budget, and schedule.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying any potential issues and implementing solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project documentation and maintain detailed records of project activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Proven experience in heavy-civil projects, particularly in sewer, storm drain, paving, grading, excavation, dirt-work, and underground construction.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and client relationships.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
