- Service customer equipment in shop or at customer's jobsite
- Capable of completing jobs at or under manufacturer's published flat rate repair times
- Ability to plan work and complete route maintenance services without supervision
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs
- Must be able to work under pressure independently and as a team player
