- Managing commercial vehicles with a high degree of safety. •Before and after every trip, examine the vehicle thoroughly as part of your usual routine. •Create a plan for routing and delivery timetable management to facilitate the timely arrival of shipments. •Perform cargo loading, unloading, and securing tasks while adhering to all relevant safety regulations. •Coordination of deliveries is fostered by establishing clear communication pathways with responsible parties at the job sites and clients. •Documenting your working hours and the maintenance of your vehicle is critical to your job, as it provides important monitoring and accountability. •It is of utmost importance to follow all safety procedures and DOT guidelines. •Timely reporting of vehicle issues, violations, or accidents is of utmost importance. •Exhibit good judgement and experience by offering personalized attention, prompt responses, and helpful solutions.
Knowledge, Skill, and Ability Requirements - Compliance with DOT regulations and safety protocols is integral to the success and safety of hauling heavy equipments
- Hazards and Safety precautions of trade
- The care and use of hand and power tools employed in all phases of light/heavy equipment hauling.
- Ability of hauling various equipment.
- Strong prioritization and time management skills.
- Capability to carry and transport bulky objects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism and integrity.

Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be alert and is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. This position requires the use and operation of a vehicle. Working Conditions and Additional Requirements This position routinely requires use of company vehicles on company business. Individuals must be physically capable of operating the vehicles safely, possess a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record. Qualifications - Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- HazMat endorsements is a plus.
