Ray-Mont Logistics is currently seeking full-time permanent Heavy Equipment Operators to join its vibrant team. Successful candidates will reflect Ray-Mont's core values: Quality, Flexibility and Innovation. Schedule: Day shift, 4 on 4 off, with schedules from 5am-5pm. Tasks: Liaise with previous shift's operator regarding operation of container lift. Fill out Pre-shift Top-Pick Inspection Form. Confirm radio reliability Verify production priorities with shift supervisor. Verify shipping priorities (late gates) with shift supervisor and/or dispatch. Verify shipping priorities with shift supervisor and/or dispatch. Work with various loading stations to provide empty equipment for loading onto hostlers. Offload loaded containers to appropriate designated locations from hostlers. Offload and load empty or loaded containers from Port Trucks. Qualifications: Experience operating loaded container handlers or similar machinery; First-class manual abilities; Good knowledge of computers; Great learning skills and operational intelligence; Exemplary attitude and willingness to move forward career wise; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Capability to work under pressure; Team player; Self Starter, ability to work autonomously as needed.
