How you'll get to contribute:Lead all aspects of $500K - $3M design-build concrete, water, storm sewer, and sanitary line projects including earthwork and carpentry. Foster a safe and enjoyable work environment while delivering exceptional project results.
What you'll get to do:- Cultivate a safe and engaged team by ensuring adherence to safety protocols and prioritizing the well-being of our most important assets, people.
- 3+ years experience safe and efficient operation of the following, but not limited to: Excavator, Dozer, Roller, Skid Steer, Mini excavator.
- Knowledge of how to clean, check fluid levels and conduct a visual inspection of equipment to assure your equipment is performing at optimum safety and the required paperwork
- Ensure overall project quality and ground-level craftsmanship.
- Facilitate transparent communication through detailed daily logs.
- Ability to perform all aspects of site development including pipe laying, grading, foundation/footings, and general concrete work.

FAQs- What is the typical schedule? Monday - Friday; 7:30 - 4:00 (start and end times may need to vary at times)
- What are some of the specific projects you do? We do commercial projects like laying sewer and sanitary pipes, running water lines, and lots of concrete work (sidewalks, curbs, roads, and decorative). We also move dirt and use GPS for grading.
- What do you do in the winter? We can still pour concrete in the winter and there is plenty to do around the shop to keep people busy on slow days. We also use this time to train and develop.
