Responsibilities:Potentially supervise and run a small crew - depending on experienceExcavate for and build bioretention facilities, rain gardens, ponds, sediment basins, and other storm-water management facilities/BMPsMuck out and re-grade pondsShoot grades for stakeout and read/interpret cut sheetsOperate skid-steer and/or mini excavator and/or heavy equipment to trench, grade, and excavateRun underdrain or E&S crew when not running larger equipment by running mini excavators and managing 2-3 man crewComplete other grading and excavation needs per the request of our clientsPhysical Requirements:Employee must be physically fit to perform duties of the job in all types of environments and conditions, including heavy lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling (up to 50 lbs.).Regularly required to sit and stand, must be able to use hands to fingers, handle or feel and verbally communicate and listen.Other physical requirements include walking, climbing, balancing, and stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending or crawling.Specific vision abilities required by the position include distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.Requirements:Eligible for employment in the United States1-5 years' of experience with bobcat and/or mini excavator or larger equipmentAbility to lift 50 lbsReliable transportation Compensation:Up to $30/hr depending on experienceMedical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance/Short Term Disability/Accident/Critical Illness/Hospital ConfinementPaid Time Off401 + Match
