Automation Personnel Services is looking for a hard-working Heavy Equipment Operator for a company based in Fredericksburg, VA. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for operating a variety of heavy machinery and equipment to support grading, excavation, and loading. Pay Rate $24-$25 per hour DOE - Schedule and Hours Monday through Friday. Heavy Equipment Operator Duties and Responsibilities - Experienced Fine Grade Heavy Equipment Operator - Operate excavator, fine grade dozer, loader, and skid steer operator - Perform routine maintenance checks and minor repairs on equipment - Assist with other tasks and duties as needed on the job site. Heavy Equipment Operator Qualifications and Requirements - 3 years operating heavy equipment specifically FINE GRADING - Pass pre-employment drug screening - Requires extensive physical ability - Valid drivers license and reliable transportation-Required.
