Job Description:

What you'll do:Model and promote good safety practices. Ensure safety is never compromised.Skillfully operate and maneuver equipment to perform ditching, excavating, backfilling, tamping, breaking, running, etc. with minimal disruption to the surrounding improvements and infrastructure.Inspect, monitor and maintain heavy equipment to ensure optimal operation. Identify and address any problems or defects.Place, remove and/or maintain materials within the worksite.Work with laborers to facilitate alignment, movement and adjustment of machinery, equipment and materials.Secure work site, equipment, and materials at the end of each shift to ensure public safety and safety of equipment and materials.Follow all policies and procedures with strict attention to company and client standards.Other duties as directed.What you get:Great pay and benefits including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid time off, 401-k with company match.Employment with a strong company where safety is #1State of the art equipment and technologyQualifications:2 years construction equipment operator with experience with steep slope construction a plus.High School Diploma or GED required. Demonstrated related experience may be substituted for required education.Must pass drug screening and criminal background check.Working Conditions/Physical Demands:Work schedule is Monday - Friday with Saturdays as required.Outdoor work in all types of weather.Exposure to noise, dust, fumes, mists, odors and vibrations. Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.Exert more than 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or more than 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.Must be able to see, hear, talk and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity; climb, kneel, stand, walk crouch, stoop, reach, pull, push and other similar tasks requiring physical activity.Frontier Environmental Services is a leader in infrastructure construction, site reclamation, and ongoing maintenance in the energy industry.
