Category Manufacturing Description Our client in Jeffersonville is a steel manufacturer and looking for a hard working individual with strong family values to join their team. Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting the crew in processing orders, Slitting orders per customer orders, and banding finished orders to prepare them for shipment
- Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow safety regulations
- Complete tasks as directed by the manufacturing schedules with minimal supervision
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience working on a pickling or slitting line
- Previous experience in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment
- Excellent job tenure
- Ability to lift up to 50bs
Job Compensation and Details:
- Pay- $19.75/hr
- Shift time and days- 2nd shift- 3pm-11pm, 3rd shift 11pm-7am, M-F with expected overtime on weekends
- Must be able to train on 1st shift.
- This is a 90 day Temp-Hire position with benefits available upon conversion
