Hedge Fund Sales Representative

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Representative to join our hedge fund team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the financial industry.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain relationships with institutional investors and financial advisors
• Identify new business opportunities and effectively communicate the value of our hedge fund products
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Attend and participate in industry events and conferences as targeted prospecting opportunities
• Remain current with market trends and changes in the financial industry
• Be prepared to make 50-100 cold calls per week to Family Offices and HNW individuals to generate new business opportunities (proven pathway to initial success)
• Presenting our Hedge Fund to potential clients and investors
• The ability to close 3-5 deals per quarter
Requirements:
• A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the financial industry
• Strong knowledge of the hedge fund industry and products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field
Compensation:
• Competitive base salary of $75,000 - $200,000 depending on your performance
• No cap on commissions, with the potential for substantial earning potential through performance-based incentives.
• The ability to own a piece of the fund, which allows you to further monetize your own success.
