Description We are inviting applications for the role of Help Desk Analyst II based in Indianapolis, Indiana. This is a significant role in the Healthcare, Hospitals, and Social Assistance industry, where you'll be responsible for managing the setup, repair, and deployment of various IT equipment. This contract to hire opportunity offers the chance to work closely with other IT staff members and end-users to ensure smooth IT operations.Responsibilities:- Handle the setup, repair, and deployment of various IT equipment, including laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices.- Maintain an organized inventory of all equipment.- Provide comprehensive end-user support for software and hardware issues via telephone, email, and ticketing system.- Manage and monitor tickets in the ServiceNow ticketing system.- Plan and execute software and patch upgrades using SCCM.- Maintain hardware support for a range of devices including desktops, thin clients, laptops, iPads, iPhones, android devices, printers, multi-function copiers, multimedia equipment, and wireless devices.- Conduct routine maintenance on end-users' computers as required.- Advise the IT department on product issues identified through technical support calls with end users.- Assist in the final testing of new products and work closely with other IT staff to develop and monitor quality assurance policies and procedures.- Setup and deploy all equipment orders for shipment to end users.- Assist in maintaining an accurate IT asset inventory. Requirements - Must possess a strong understanding of Cisco Technologies- Proficiency in Citrix Technologies is a must- Experience with Mac Computers is required- Familiarity with Microsoft software and systems is essential- Must have knowledge of Active Directory- Experience with Apple Devices is necessary- Must possess strong computer hardware skills- Configuration management experience is required- Experience in executing software and hardware deployments is a must- Proficiency in using the ServiceNow Platform is required- Familiarity with the ServiceNow Application is a must- Must be comfortable in a healthcare, hospital, and social assistance settings- Previous experience in a Help Desk Analyst role or similar is necessary.
