Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst to join our team in Rochester, New York. As a Help Desk Analyst, you will provide technical support and assistance to our customers, focusing on problem resolution and customer satisfaction. You will be working in a dynamic environment that requires solid technical skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Responsibilities:- Provide technical support to customers, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.- Handle customer inquiries and issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.- Maintain customer records and process customer applications, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.- Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions based on account activity.- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies to provide effective support.- Utilize various software and hardware tools to resolve technical issues.- Drive configuration management and deployment processes.- Work with Android Development, Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, Mac Computers, Microsoft, Active Directory, Apple Devices, and Computer Hardware.- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service and technical support processes.- Travel locally as needed to provide on-site technical support.
